Change appearance and themes

Applies to: All Point users; some themes may require an entitlement.

Appearance changes Point's colors and, for selected themes, typography. It does not change accounting logic, permissions, document workflow, or the layout of business forms.

Choose a theme

1. Open Appearance from the top bar.
2. Review the themes available to your account. Light and Dark are base choices; additional free and PRO themes may appear according to the installed catalog and entitlement.
3. Select a theme to preview or apply it.
4. Open a list, a form, and a financial report to confirm that the theme is comfortable for daily work.

What to expect

• The current production Appearance panel contains a larger theme catalog than the local source snapshot. Theme availability is driven by the live theme registry and can change.
• Known palettes include Amethyst, Nordic, Emerald, Copper, Obsidian, Retro 98, Cyberpunk, Dracula, and Tokyo Night, alongside other available themes. This list is not a complete catalog.
• PRO labels indicate themes controlled by a theme entitlement. No purchase price is documented here until live theme pricing is approved.
• Printed and PDF documents remain light, white-background, and ink-saving regardless of the screen theme.
• Changing a theme should preserve the user's data, current record, and workflow.
