These terms cover the Tetra M Labs website, the Point waitlist, and — once it launches — the Point SMB service. Point hasn't launched yet: nothing on this page takes payment today, and anything marked as a plan may still be refined before launch. We'll update this page if it changes. 1. Who we are

Tetra M Labs operates this website and is building Point, a family of business software. Contact us any time at hello@tetramlabs.com.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no payment obligation. Spots are assigned strictly in signup order. Your welcome email contains your member number, your pricing tier, and a personal claim link.

3. Founding-member pricing

Spots 1–100 (Founding): 30% off for your first 2 years — $6.99 USD/month or $69 USD/year.

Spots 101–200 (Early): 20% off for your first year — $7.99 USD/month or $79 USD/year.

Spot 201+ (Member): 15% off annual billing or 10% off monthly billing for your first year — $8.99 USD/month or $84 USD/year.

Claim your spot within 14 days of Point's launch. Unclaimed spots roll over to the next person in line, and your original signup stays on the waitlist. Discounts apply from the day you start a paid subscription and run for the stated period; afterwards standard pricing applies. One discounted subscription per person — abuse (fake signups, reselling spots) voids the discount.

4. Pricing

Standard Point SMB pricing is $9.99 USD/month for up to 5 users, or $99 USD/year (two months free). Each additional user is +$2 USD/month. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown before you pay. We may adjust standard pricing before launch — founding-member discounts, once claimed, are locked as described above.

5. Free trial

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, your trial workspace is kept for a reasonable period in case you return, then removed.

6. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account settings — no emails, no calls, no retention scripts. Monthly plans stay active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans stay active until the end of the paid year.

7. Refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If we ever fail to deliver the paid service for an extended period, we will refund or credit the affected time — just ask.

8. Acceptable use

Use Point for lawful business purposes. Don't attempt to access other customers' data, probe or degrade the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning where practical.

9. Pre-launch status

Until general availability, Point SMB is in development and preview. Previews, screenshots, and the interactive demo on this site use simulated data and don't represent the final product. Beta versions may have bugs, downtime, and breaking changes — we'll say so plainly when they do.

10. Your data

How we handle website and waitlist data is described in our privacy policy. Product data protections (backups, exports, access controls, recovery) will be published before anyone is asked to trust Point with real business records.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when the terms change and note the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
